Hi all,

Currently I had restart xeams and found that only port 5272 & 5273 were listening, other service like smtp, pop3, imap etc did not start; I check Xeams.log show no ERROR message.
While connecting to admin console, browser(chrome) keep loading and nothing response from server until timeout. 

I had try to update JRE, webfront & lib (as FAQ suggest), but it dont help. Anyone have the same issue or any idea?

Additional Information:
last log from xeams.log - 

xeams.rulesengine - Possible spam folder is: /data/opt/Xeams/PossibleSpams

it seem not going to execute after this line (but process is still running)

Allan,

We are sorry to learn you're running into this problem. This appears to be an isolated issue and therefore, I recommend contacting our support department via phone or email. I'd also recommend sending us every log file from your server, which will help us determine the problem.
