I have just installed xeams. It is behind firewall, with private IP address. Ports forwarded properly. Once I have changed MX record, and pointed it to the new mail server, I have sent 1 test mail, and received it in inbox x25 times, the same mail. Note: Good messages: 6 Outbound messages: 4 Inbound 6-4 = 2 (2 test inbound messages) The chart show 48 inbound. P.S. I can not attach images |

Looks like somehow a loop is getting created. Ensure the mode is set to "Stand Alone" and not "Spam Firewall" or "Hybrid", which is specified under Server Configuration. If that does not help. send an email to support using the method specified on https://www.xeams.com/SupportContact.htm . This method will send us your config as well as logs. |

Done. Thanks. It was Hybrid mode. Stand-alone works great! |
