Content-Type: application/pdf;
charset="UTF-8"
name="=?UTF-8?B?xxxxxxxxxxxxxx?=""
Content-Disposition: attachment;
filename="=?UTF-8?xxxxxxxxxxxxxx""

The "Tricky name" is actually the Virus Detector filter in Xeams, which looks for many things and tricky file name is one of them. I would not recommend disabling the Anti-virus filter. Instead, whitelist this particular sender with enough score to offset the score for the virus filter.

Andrea,

Please contact our support via email. We will need a sample email from your end to see why is this happening. First, click Tools/Contact Support from your Xeams web interface to send us a message. Once a support ticket is created, use the method specified https://www.xeams.com/forward-sample-to-support.htm to send us a sample.
