Hi, 

I want to secure both the web UI and SMTP with TLS. However I'm using different domains (the internal is part of Active Directory and not published in external DNS and the external is published in external DNS)

Is there a way I can use an internal CA for the web interface and letsencrypt for external / startTLS?

The current version of Xeams only supports one certificate from a single CA. You can have multiple hostnames in a cert but cannot mix the CAs.
