These are two separate error messages. The first says that you received an email larger than 7MB, and Xeams skipped parsing that message. Go to Filter Management > Message Size and increase the Maximum actionable size value. However, keep in mind that memory usage increases as you increase this value. Therefore, do not specify a very large value in this field. Now, regarding the second message. Xeams saves every incoming email to a temporary folder while it processes it for junk. You see this error if that file was somehow removed from the disk by an external process, such as anti-virus software. Check the logs of your anti-virus software to see if that removed this file.

ok thanks, happy to leave the first issue/notification. The second with the error though, I'd like to try to get to the bottom of. I'm told we don't have a virus scanner running, and certainly nothing that would remove the files like this. Is there anything we can do to monitor/discover what's going on here? |

Adrian, Go to Server Configuration > Message Retention. What is the value for the fields on that page? Are any values set to 0 or to a negative number? If so, set them to a value greater than 0. If that does not fix the problem, please contact us via email.
