hello -last week we had an issue where Xeams as a closed relay started blocking an IP that was listed to relay. I added the IP to the friendlyIP file, and this week it's happend again:

does anyone have any information on this? We'll have to stop using the product if we can't reliably relay from it -4 times it's slipped back into blocking the other server now |

Adrian, It is difficult to troubleshoot this problem without additional configuration details. Please contact our support department by clicking Tools > Contact Support from within your Xeams web interface. This will send us the logs from your end. Also, put the IP address(es) where messages are being received.

Adrian, We replied to your email, but it bounced back as non-deliverable. The sender's email address you sent the message from was incorrect, so our reply to that address was rejected. We also sent the same email to your Gmail account, but have not received any response yet. Please check your Gmail for our response. |

turns out the issue was having comments (#abc...) appended to each IP in the friendlyIPs list |
