Glenn, The date of the email is recorded in two places:
Most email clients use the header value in their GUI. When you import emails via IMAP, the second value is set to the current time because there is no way for Xeams to know when that email was received via SMTP on your original server. Regardless, the client should use the Date header and ignore the time the message was received by the email system. Which email client are you using? |
