2026-05-03 00:00:02,782 INFO reports.K - Running close-of-day tasks
2026-05-03 00:00:02,902 ERROR reports.d - Unable to run periodic task in Report Collector. null

1: 24 hours report is not renew everyday.

2: config files archives is not created anymore.

 

What is the problem with that and how to fix it?

Data collected for should be less than 24 hours and reset daily,but it is not.

What build number are you using? If it is older than 6431, try patching it again using the instructions at https://www.xeams.com/manuallypatching.htm to see if that resolves the problem. If not, contact our support department by clicking Tools > Contact Support from the Xeams web interface.

After update to latest version,it shows error as below:

Unable to run periodic task in Report Collector. Fontconfig head is null, check your fonts or fonts configuration

By run below command,all is fine now:

yum install -y fontconfig dejavu-sans-fonts liberation-fonts
fc-cache -fv
