I have a question regarding the behavior of Distribution Lists in Xeams.

I am using Xeams Community Edition 10.4, build 6463, installed on a Synology NAS.

When I create a Distribution List and send an email to it, everything works correctly: the email is successfully delivered to all recipients.

However, the original sender also receives an NDR from Xeams saying that the mailbox does not exist.

I tested this several times:

• Distribution List exists → email is delivered successfully to all recipients + an NDR is generated.
• It does not matter whether the Distribution List contains one recipient or multiple recipients.
• If I remove the Distribution List completely → the email is still delivered normally, but the NDR does not appear.
• The NDR is generated by Xeams itself.

Could you please let me know if this is expected behavior, a configuration issue, or possibly a known issue in this version?
