Tips on searching messages with email
Consider a scenario where you need to search for a message sent by William Smith (bill.smith@partner.com). The From field in the message appears like "William Smith" <bill.smith@partner.com>. In this case users can put any one of the following string in the search field.
- bill.smith@partner.com (Entire email address)
- William (part of the first name)
- smith (one word within the email address)
- partner (one word within the domain name of email address)
