I just replied to your email besides pasting my answer here. We're not able to recreate this problem on our end. There is no need for you to encode your input. Xeams does that in the background.

If you put the soure(The sample i sent) at Message Simulator and check,you will find that,it can not catch such spam. |

Why do you want to put the encoded data? The actual data will never be encoded. In any case, could you please make a video of what you're trying to do. That will make it easier for us to see what is going on. Another option is to send us the actual email message you received using the method specified on https://www.xeams.com/forward-sample-to-support.htm |
