How to contact us for support

We recommend that you always initiate a support request by sending an email generated through the Admin Console by clicking the Contact Support button on the home page. Refer to the image below.


When you initiate a support request from Admin Console it sends us important information regarding your environment, such as memory/disk usage and important configuration parameters. This information helps our support department to answer your question efficiently.

No emails are sent from your system to our support department.
